The women upfront are unwelcoming and standoffish. Not to mention, it is asinine that they don't perform bloodwork during all their business hours.

I went in for blood work, the tech doing it wasnt gentle at all. She jammed the needle in, then blew the vein pulling it out. If she had been at least a little more gentle, I wouldnt be leaving this review.

Seldom a long wait unless really crowded. Lab staff are especially nice and helpful. Have had positive experiences with front desk.

My recent experiences here have been excellent. The phlebotomy technician is always fantastic and the doctor visits have been quick and painless.

The wait times may be long here, but everyone on staff is SO NICE. I brought my mom in with flu like symptoms, and she got immaculate care. Everyone was professional and kind, and I would definitely come back.
