Update: GraniTech took immediate action upon being notified of my cabinet quality issue. They had someone come out to assess the issue, and within a week I had all of the cabinet and drawer fronts replaced with no chipping. I am pleased to give the company the 5 stars they so well deserve.
Original Post: I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars but ultimately decided on 4 due to the quality of service I received from my designer Oyun, project manager Savas, granite specialist Felipe and the tiling crew. They were all outstanding, friendly and easy to work with. All in all, my kitchen renovation was affordable and completed within a reasonable time frame. However, I am less impressed with the quality of the cabinetry and installment (they used KCD). The finish on my cabinets is chipping easily in multiple areas. Almost every drill hole from the cabinet pulls has chipping around it.
They patched up some of the chipping but not in any way I would consider professionally fixed (they just put some matching wax over it which is now also dried and chipping). Its frustrating because I really want to rate the company higher, but the quality of the cabinets is keeping me from doing so.

GraniTech was recommended to me by a friend. They did an amazing job! Beginning with Oyun Johnson's recommendations for quartz countertops, back splash tile, and laminate flooring, and throughout expert installation, everything went smoothly.

Sharing our before and after kitchen renovation by Granitech Inc. Very happy with our very first NEW kitchen. We worked every detail of designing it with Oyun Johnson. She was excellent. The team that worked on this project day in and day out were fantastic. Done in time for Thanksgiving 2023. Thank you!

I was VERY disappointed in this company for the 1st time. They'd done 2 smaller jobs for me and did quality work. However on this job, which was a kitchen remodel - a much larger job it was a horrendous experience. The crew had a complete lack of respect for my home - from not protecting my home from the debris, dust etc. that the job itself caused to going #2 in my bathrooms on multiple occasions to standing on my kitchen counter tops in their boots, also using my Master Bath towels to mop the floor & more. It was Too Much.
Then about a 1/4 of the way into the job the owner did what I call the oke doke, where I discovered that he charged me a full kitchen remodel price for just putting the island in. When I asked him about it he charged me thousands of dollars more if I wanted them to finish & "complete" the kitchen.
It was all Too Much!!! I will Never hire or work with them again & still feel upset that the owner would treat me this way as a returning customer especially ... also that his business practice was such that I had the experience I did
Thus, I feel it important to leave this review so others are aware. I do NOT recommend working with GraniTech for any important jobs you may have.

Hassan came in and worked on the floor for our basement. He did an amazing job as he was always punctual, diligent, & got the work done in a timely manner. He was a wonderful representative for the company and did a neat job overall!
