I hired the Ibriez team to remodel a basement that had water damage and needed reconfiguration due to a prior homeowner doing things not to code. The team was quickly able to assess and explain what needed to be done, and provided potential options based on cost. The project ran smoothly with no major delays, and I will hire them for a bathroom remodel in the near future. I'm extremely happy with the new and improved basement.

Osama & team rebuilt our existing deck. It came out very nice. Important to know Osama follow-up from start to finish was timely on all accounts. Job Well done!

I've hired Ibriez twice, for two major projects. The first was a demo of an old tub/shower and install of a 4x6 shower. The 2nd was a major backyard hardscaping project (patio/deck/retaining walls). I could not be happier with Osama and the work that he provided. His team is always punctual, respectful and leaves the property cleaner than it was when they started. The quality of the jobs done has far exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience with Ibriez LLC. They gave me exactly what I wanted. They worked on my floor and demolished a wall and gave me an open space kitchen. I didn't feel like I was working with a general contractor. Osama was more of a partner in helping me make the right selections and advising me when I ask questions. He is very responsive and communicate every detail clearly. The job was done in an exceptional and timely manner. I would definitely call them for another project and I would recommend them to family and friends.
