Stay frosty. This company will try to nickel and dime you. The office employees seems to be very aggravated by tenants or potential tenants. (Step in and listen to them one day. I very seriously doubt they're paid enough) And I've been lucky enough to have a property manager that very clearly has no desire to do her due diligence. In her defense she did replace my laundry key on request. I was almost impressed that wasn't another battle. The key they gave me didn't work. Go figure.

I first was left with an apartment with an unlocked door with the keys sitting on the counter. (They were supposed to be in a lockbox) Then they charged a fee for me incorrectly sending a payment from the wrong account... it bounced and I immediately sent the correct payment. They then attempted to charge me a late fee for that fee. I had to insist the property manager actually review my account and remove the fee as she initially attempted to explain that it was valid without even looking at my account. Now I've paid rent by the 9th, with rent due by the 10th, and they sent an email threatening legal action on the 11th. I also now have a maintenance fee on my account. For what? Who knows. The adventures with this mediocre real estate company continues.

All of this for an overpriced apartment.
2 stars because the apartment is remodeled and nice. I haven't had any serious maintenance issues.

This place is a joke! They scammed us outta $2200 to move into a crappy little apartment that wasn't even 700 Sq foot.

I lived there before we got our house and it was lovely. Maintenance response was quick and sufficient. Friendly staff and clean grounds! Beautiful kitchen!

Very old an over price units. One of the most horrible parking situations in Roanoke County. Let me explain in more detail. They only allow one parking space per unit and the units are two bedrooms. So if you have wife or husband who uses a form of transportation, I wouldn't move there. For example, my cousin an his wife had a child together while living at this complex, so he let the wife use the one assigned spot. The wife was back to working and the husband was caring for the baby for the day on his day off from work. It was a horrible rain storm this day in particular. The father said he measured 400+ steps on his Samsung Gear watch in the freezing rain, with a 6 month old baby. Up hill an approximately 200+ yards with a new born child. When he asked the office manager if he could use one of the closer spaces not being reserved at the time (an there were probably two or three) and also explained his situation in exact detail. They denied him in cold blood an said a rule is a rule. But then further down the timeline of the family living there, they noticed several units were able to move spaces an get more then one space if necessary. Now I don't want to jump to conclusions an call discrimination or bad management. But I hope this helps anyone from paying over priced rates just to be mistreated by management, have trash bags in your hall, harassed by "ESA" poodles, vehicle vandalism, an countless emotional distress occurrences for $600-$750. Other then that, if you can deal with a couple critters crawling on your wall right after they spray. This is a five star complex.
