This has been my usual shop for repairs and maintenance for the last decade, and are the only place I trust to take care of my vehicles.
Everyone still makes mistakes, and they haven't been perfect for the 10 years I've gone to them, but generally speaking they get me in and out in a reasonable length of time, and the quality of work they provide is generally very good. I've had a very difficult time finding a decent shop as many of the smaller guys cut corners or will upsell everything they can, and Blue Ridge doesn't. They always understand that people have budgets and are willing to accommodate by giving you multiple estimates for parts.
No place is perfect by any means, but this place treats their customers right. Would recommend.
