The nicest people of any hospital around! The Guest Services and Security Staff are so nice. Wish other hospitals were like this place!

I went into the ER to be seen, they were extremely busy and I feel the time I waited/was there total was more than reasonable with how overloaded the staff was. The care I received was phenomenal, even the triage nurse was very thorough along with the wonderful nurses and doctor that took the time to help me get better and figure out what was wrong after suffering all week and going to an unaffiliated urgent care to be misdiagnosed. 100 times over recommend.

My mom recently had foot surgery at- Franklin Memorial Hospital.
I want to give them a big shout out for their care of her.
I was with her hours before her surgery and had the opportunity to watch the patients come and go before surgery and after. To be honest, I have never seen better care and treatment for each patient. And it was genuine.
The nurses and doctors were absolutely the best at what they do. Even the check-in procedure went smoothly and professionally.
Sophia was one of mom's surgery nurses who most certainly went the extra mile. And, Dr. Steffan is the best. Thank You, both! And, Thank You to all of the staff!
When mom went back to get her stitches out, they even had a golf cart driver who gave her a ride to the front door and when we were leaving even asked if she wanted a ride back to the car.
The hospital surgery nurses even sent mom a signed card wishing her a speedy recovery! Where else can you get this kind of care?
From start to finish I can highly recommend this hospital if you have to have any kind of surgery. In my opinion, you'll get the best care.

I had surgery yesterday and everyone was so nice and friendly. They went through everything thoroughly and explained everything they were doing. Very happy and pleased.
