Our wedding took place in June and I am so pleased with our beautiful photos. Ed didn't miss a thing and was so easy to work with. Our wedding party and friends loved him. I also think his prices were very fair and i will highly recommend him to all my friends!

Edward photograph our wedding in April of this year. He was recommended to us by a good friend and I must say we were very pleased from the time we met him to receiving our album. Our photos were so beautiful and he really captured our big day as we hoped he would. The album was gorgeous and we highly recommend Edward!

Edward photographed our wedding and did a beautiful job. We loved his calming influence and professionalism, it really helped make our day wonderful. He caught so many beautiful moments and didn't miss a thing. We just received our wedding album and Cam and I were so touched by the images and the design that he did for us. We have found our photographer for a life time and always recommend him to all of our friends. Looking forward to seeing him at a wedding in a couple of weeks. Thank you Edward!

Update July 2019
Married almost 5 years now and still have not received the photo album we paid for. He is a thief who acknowledges he did not give us our album and refuses to give us funds back for the album. Do not do business with him. I found reviews from others on different websites also claiming they did not get their albums either.
Update August 2018
A few weeks ago I emailed Edward requesting him to take down the photos of us he uses as advertisement. I feel it is very unfair that he never finished his contract and owes us over $700 from 4 years ago AND uses our photos as advertisement. I understand photographers have the right to use your photos for advertisement, but it this fair if they don't finish the contract? He is a thief and refuses to refund us for the album he NEVER made for us. Search somewhere else for a photographer unless you want a shady person.
UPDATE – April 2018
Read the review at the bottom and you will see that Edward never finished his contract with us and stole over $700 worth of services from us by never providing us the album we paid for in 2014 (yes it is a $700 difference in the package we paid for and the package we got).
In January of 2018 I started to search to see if he was in business again and it seemed he was. Knowing he would not respond to me, I posed as a potential client stating we need photography for a Sunday wedding. He was very slow to respond but we eventually set up a meeting.
Once we arrived he was reluctant to open the door and let us in. He was upset with us saying we tricked him into the meeting (really? You are upset with us? I am upset about the $700 you owe us). Through the meeting he revealed that he went out of business at his Patterson location and moved to the current location. Unfortunately business was still declining (which we were not aware of when we hired him) and he ultimately went out of business thus the reason we never got our album. He said he thought about us and wanted to fulfill the contract, but never did. He has recently begun business again under a different name but same location. We expressed understanding that he and his business had come on some hard times and explained that we simply wanted reimbursed for what he rightfully owed us.
Despite this, he remained very defensive through the conversation and stated several times “your review hurt my business” and wanted me to take it down. I told him I had the right to let people know about his services and they should avoid his shady practices. We tried to negotiate with him on some form of payment and his only response was “I will think about it”. We even agreed to accept a lesser price than the $700 (being we no longer want the album) and again he responded “I will think about it” and refused to make any sort of counter offer. He then said “If we come to an agreement, will you take down your review” to which I responded “I will think about it”.
Original Review:
We hired Edward for our wedding in July of 2014. He did a great job with he photos but never delivered the photo album that was part of our package.
A year after our wedding we started emailing and calling him with no response so I filed a BBB complaint against him. I also contacted the professional photography organization that he has printed on his contract and I was informed that he had not paid dues in several years and should not be listing the professional organization on his contract.
He then responded in August admitting he was at fault and requested more time. We agreed he needed to complete our album by October but he never delivered. In November we filed in court against him for failure to complete a contract. In January we went to court and he was a no show and it seems like he is out of business.
Please stay away from him. He does not communicate well nor does he complete contracts. We are out court fees and an album that we rightfully paid for. With so many photographers in Richmond and surrounding areas, you can find better else-ware.
