    I wish I could give a quarter star. This company is nothing more than rip off artists. They sent 2 plumbers instead of one so billed me for twice the time even though one of the plumbers only sat around and watched. They estimated only an hour of work but billed me for three. On top of everything else the work sucked. I had to redo half the work myself. STAY AWAY from this plumber!

    One star is WAY too many! I too had used this company many years ago so they were the first I thought of, but the old business is gone! The work was poor for minor repairs at $180/hr! 😒

    Never in my life have I seen such a Renda‘s service lack of customer service and downright rude this is Keene plumbing. Do not use them. Unless you like throwing away your money. I have a simple service call the fix a small leak for an irrigation system they did not fix the problem at all and charge me $285 to shut off the emergency water valve well congratulations. You have lost my business forever and I will never use you again. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and never allowed to go to anyone’s house ever again.

    This company deserves negative stars to the highest power (to infinity and back). I have never experienced such unprofessional and poor service in the 47 years I have been on this earth. I feel that this company does not even adhere to their own policy of a 30 day warranty on labor. My family has dealt with this company for years. We were fortunate in that we have not needed their services for a while. I know it has to be under new management because their customer service and work ethic has drastically changed. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Small businesses must realize that their reputation means a lot. Word of mouth is what gets you customers theses days. They upset my mom. I feel like my family has been robbed of close to $600.00. We still have a problem with our toilet and that is what they were suppose to have fixed. I believe in Karma. People need to treat others the way they would like themselves or their loved ones to be treated. There are so many other companies out there that have a sense for morals, values and a conscience.

    The plumber changed the time of arrival on the work invoice after I signed it, but before he called in to charge my credit card for 3 hours of labor at $120.00 an hour instead of the actual time of 1hour40min. So my account was credited or $360.00 for labor instead if $240.00. When I informed the office manager of the error which showed on my copy of the work order where the plumber changed the time, she let me speak to the plumber on the phone and he admitted to changing the time of arrival increasing the amount of labor. The office manager offered to reimburse me a " courtesy credit for 30 minutes" or $60.00. For 27 days, I called the office to find out why I never received the credit. I was told after 10 days, a check had been mailed and to give it time as their mail was not picked up on a daily basis. On the 13th day, I spoke to the president, Cecil Ligon,who told me he would talk to the office manager and straighten it out. 0n the 16th day, the office manager said the check was signed on the 11th by thoffice 4 manager to be mailed. Give it more time and call me in a week if you still have not received it, she said. By the 26th day, I was told by the office manager, she would call the bank to find out what happened and issue me another check which I offered to pick up in person. She said she would call to let me know when the check was ready. On the 27th day, I called the office 4 times, no answer. I called the emergency number and left a message for the president, Cecil Ligon. No response. Instead of settling for the $60.00 reimbursement I was promised instead of the $120.00 I was defrauded out of, I am suppose to settle for $0.00. I am not a happy customer. I was scammed. This morning, 10/30/17, at11:41a.m., a check for $60.00 was hand delivered to me. Case closed.
