Mountain was good as a trainer but not very professional; no-showed twice in a row for lessons and was weirdly rude and defensive when I pointed that out. Then he took the opportunity to vent his frustration with my not being prepared enough for lessons (I worked with my dog a lot between sessions but I am a hospital doctor and there’s a pandemic so it’s not easy to find time every day after my long shifts). Maybe just a personality clash but it really seems like he could’ve handled it better. Also he didn’t wear a mask most of the time, which is a pet peeve since, you know, doctor.

Phil is a awesome! My girl, Lucy, is 11 yrs old and although she is lovable and my best friend, I will tell you, she is stubborn! Phil helped us with leash walking and with overall commands and recall. She doesn't take food off the dinner table anymore or choke herself from pulling soooo hard on the leash. We both love our walks now! Phil is great because he knows how to teach people the training skills as much as the dogs. Highly recommend.

Wanted to post a Huge success story!! Thanks to the wonderful help Phil at Dog Wizard, Beanie has finally found an amazing forever home. Phil, an experienced trainer, worked countless hours teaching Beanie how to behave and acclimate to his new owner. He took him from un-adoptable to loving forever pet! If anyone needs professional dog training, I would highly recommend Phil at Dog Wizard. His sense of professionalism and customer service are outstanding! We are forever grateful to him for helping Beanie!❤️

Have worked along closely with The Dog Wizard and have learned a lot from him. I Use his teachings on a daily basis to help keep up with the homework needed to train my dog properly. My dog is definitely more behaved and responsive.

The trainer is a great guy! He is very knowledgeable and told me a lot of tips and tricks that really helped my dogs.
