Walkability: Restaurants in easy walking distance, valet service, Cliff, wonderful. All staff very personable and attentive, Cliff is amazing, personable, intelligent, and extremely competent. A real asset to your brand.

Excellent front desk staff. Very professional and accommodating. They are pleasant and they take care to address all concerns. Wonderful job making us feel valued!

Don't get scammed by valet parking, use one of the two lots across the street. That's where they park your car anyway. I stayed here for 30 nights, and I was erroneously charged over $700 by their valet parking. I valet parked my first 4 nights not knowing about the other options. I told them I was taking my car out, and used the other lot for the rest of my stay. They verbally confirmed they were stopping my valet charges, but they charged me for every night anyway. Now their accounting is stonewalling me. I'm active duty, and will have to cover that. Don't get extorted by this valet company, and if there is an error in your bill I hope you don't have to interact with "George" in accounting who won't respond to you. Otherwise, nice rooms and gym, but I expected better from the valet company after the reviews I read here.
