image HANDS DOWN the best experience with any lender (this is my 5th transaction requiring lender services). The process was seamless and easy and their communication was always expedient and courteous. There is nothing I would change to make it any better, they found the best options available to me and the end result was more than I could've hoped or guessed. So thankful to have found them and to have worked with their stellar team!

image Ross is without a doubt one of the most competent, confident and efficient loan officers in the business. And because of the he’s able to get deals done and loans closed that most lenders can’t do. I highly recommend Ross!

image I have used 1st Call Mortgage anytime I have sold, purchased, or inquired on anything relating to a house. The process was quick, efficient, and I was always well informed during the process. You wouldn't throw money in the trash, so don't waste time or money anywhere else.

image We worked very closely with Ross. Ross made our experience very delightful. Buying a new house is not always the easiest process but Ross was able to make this a breeze. We even closed earlier than projected and Ross was able to make that happen within days of receiving the notice. He was even willing to work with us after business hours and on the weekend so we were able to talk and have appropriate communication outside of our working lives. If we are to purchase another house we will definitely be working with him again!

image This was by far the worst experience that I've ever had with any mortgage lender. I've had 2 houses previously and NEVER went through the dysfunction, unorganization, nor the headache which still resulted in a fall through. First and foremost, we worked with Victor which in the beginning appeared to be a good idea to find out the people we met him through didn't even use him. Victor initially asked for bank statements , W2's, and IDs in which he never looked at and kept asking for the same stuff. Even had Valerie asking for the same documents that had already been given to him. To make a long story short he added my child support as income without my consent and had me running around trying to obtain documents that I should have never had to provide. When confronted with this he states he was trying to help us out. Huh?! How?! By adding information we didn't consent to? It's bad enough the Underwriters and banks want to make this process as hard as it can be anyway with being all up in your business. Then when asked for an estimate on what the mortgage and closing costs would be it was a lot of nonsense and we never got an answer to go to the website and low and behold there's a calculator. There was no education, resources, nor valuable information provided. Then it wasn't until I was about to contact our lawyer that we had cancelation fees waived, etc. Our credit was hit 3 different times by this company like they don't understand what 3 hard inquiries can do to your credit. Now we have to fix that. Ended up unfortunately getting laid off 2 weeks before closing for him to tell us that there was nothing he could do. However we have a lender that is making things happen. Incredible. A lot of time wasted and stress for no reason. I definitely would not recommend. Work with your credit union. I almost forgot this lender requested a search from Ferris & Ferris and then tried to lie and say they didn't. We are soooooo glad we dodged a bullet.
