If you're not a JW or in the apprenticeship program, ie: you're a CW or a CE - you're dogged and treated as less than. Do not let the higher pay rate trick you, as a CE you will wait months out of the year on the books waiting for a job that may or may not be awful. I made less last year making 20$ for the union than I did working non-union at $15 and though conditions aren't as safe, I wasn't treated like a second class citizen.

I past the entry test 3 years ago, Blood brother is a graduate. Still rejected for my felony of 20 years past. Open borders for Mexico to try and starve my daughter it will never happen. The lines were drawn long before the Mexicans showed up.
