After our vet (another practice) called us back much later than was promised and afterhours, we scrambled to find places that could quickly get us in. Our almost 21 year old cat was declining rapidly and we didn't want her to suffer. In home euthanasia /Hospice services cost near $900 and all were offering 2-3 days for a visit. We left several messages because it was afterhours.
Someone recommended we call here and thank God we did. 24 hours care is amazing to have. They said to come right in. We were only 15 mins away, and they brought us right back. The vet was very sweet, as was everyone else. They gave us plenty of time, and asked if we needed anything. They went with our pace. Explained everything in detail. Not only were they sweet, caring, and empathetic, but the cost was under $400, including a private cremation and paw print.
To the staff: thank you for acknowledging our pain. Thank you for speaking softly to us at such a hard time. Thank you for the sweet message and candle lit by the door, in honor of those saying bye to our fur babies. Thank you for finding that delicate balance of patience and urgency since our cat was in such bad shape. We won't remember faces, but we will remember the sense of peace we had.

Worst vet experience. I ever had Wilson should have never sold this to. Whoever they did 4 hours still no. Service and the girls in the office were rude as hell

Absolutely love Wilson's and reccomend them to anyone needing pet care, especially emergency care!
