If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mother went here in June 2021 and was billed over $5,500 for hearing aids, which she charged to her credit card with the intent to get reimbursed from insurance. We are sitting here in February with this office still not billing insurance and her having floated this amount herself. We have tried asking them to bill insurance, for 7 months, and they come up with one excuse or another - Covid, a death in the family, etc. We will be speaking to a lawyer soon regarding this issue. Save your time and energy. Do not use this office and go elsewhere.

Hold on to your money before you buy anything here. Last April they promised to reimburse my wife for hearing aids when insurance check came in. They received an insurance check for that and one year later we were waiting to get the balance $$$ from them. They have been most uncooperative, to say the least. I would avoid. Go elsewhere.

Bee was very experienced with helping me with my hearing impairment and deciding which hearing aides were best for me. She took her time to make sure they fit within my ears and provided great followup care with adjustments if needed.

Professional Hearing (Bee) is exceptional in the care industry in that she truly IS genuinely caring. She is accommodating and professional. I do not hesitate recommending her and her practice.

Easy to deal with the staff, making an appointment and not waiting a long time to see you. Very friendly and though with your hearing aids; she wanted everything to be just right for your comfort.  Very easy to speak with and very though.  No problem with check-ups after you've gotten use to them, to be sure all is good with your hearing is 100%Very compassionate and took time to explain every detail about fine tuning your hearing aids.  Very happy :-)
