Stay away. They are rude and very combative. All pictures and positive reviews are family and friends. If you go to their Instagram that is the same place over and over.
They pretty much only fight with you and have BAD attitudes. They are bullies and have a I dont care attitude once they have YOUR money and you feel hopeless. So sad to write this review but they need new management. Or take a courses on how to work with people. Service: Consultation

Let me start by saying I really tried giving the benefit of the doubt since they are a amateur start up. I was completely floored at how unprofessional, unorganized and unwilling to please a paying customer a business can be. I'm big on supporting small local businesses and honestly I still will continue. However this company is a shame. People .... hear me loud and clear "don't waste your hard earned money or patience." If you enjoy being told.... you don't know how to be a "good" paying Customer, or you enjoy being robbed, or you just lik to be lied to over and over again.... This is the place for you. You are assigned a Assistant designer, Lauren, that makes no decisions. She never knows what's going on or how to handle a problem. But quickly tells you she is just doing the company a favor by helping out with your project. She doesn't want to be here, she rather be in California. Then their "contractor" (I believe to be their family member) Doug, shows up and really gives you a run for ur money. When he hires a outside contracting company. Soooooo you pay the decorators, you pay the contractor, then you pay his contractors that he hired to "actually do the work". Smh. And it got so bad I just had to say no more. Just take the money and go. After the contractor took the materials "I paid for" and took them with him for I guess another job. And the decorators response is "I recommended him yes, but you have to do your due diligence. You could have hired anyone but you picked him." Whaaat. Get out. Get out.

My husband went to this establishment in hopes to have the owner contracted to decorate our new home. My husband was basically turned away at the door and was never contacted. We always talk about supporting black owned businesses, but I guess it is what it is. The last time I checked, no one is so busy and is receiving that many referrals to deny a potential client. We were willing to spend thousands of dollars. No problem...we will support another black owned designing business. Much success Ms Meme G.

Great visit. Mask up and had me get clear about what I want and expectations of what to expect. Pay for the consultant. Totally worth it.
