I have been in VA fir six months now.  Have been cutting my own nails, but have nit been doing a very good job.  Decided I needed a pro and thus practice was bike to take me in three days, even though they knew it would be a one off because I was soon going home.  Dr. Siko was very attentive.  He did stuff my podiatrist home never did.  He sampled fungus under my nails and sent out to a lab.  Then he got a dremel type contraction and made the ends of my toenails nice and smooth.  Whoever I visit I am going to have him take care of me.  I highly recommend this practice.
