I ordered flowers for a friend. Within 4 days flowers were dying.
She called 3 days later to tell me and call the florist. I did he was rude. He said that length of time they will be dying. Really that kind of money and 13.00 for delivery. No way. He said he could not replace but would send complimentary flowers.
Local business i would have expected same arrangement. Or credit . My concern is he did not care. So with that said I will and will let my friend and her neighbors know.
