Wow. What an absolute gem of a mechanic shop we have in Bon Air. Best auto repair experience I have ever had by far. Called them for first time for a brake job and everything from the notifications, explanation of work needed, scheduling, customer service, atmosphere were as high quality as it possibly could be. With such an exceptional level of service, I then expected the prices to be exceptionally high but to my surprise I as charged not only well below the dealership prices but also below other auto repair shops in the area. Their recommendations were also spot on. I have taken this my used rusty 10 year old volvo to shops and have been told everything needs to be replaced and to others saying everything is fine. But this shop broke it down which items were is very bad shape, what items to look out in the coming months/years. All of this info being accessable with pictures via their incredible software package. I can not recommend this shop enough. Thank you Richard and the team for the amazing work you do for this community.
