The salesman reminded me of one of the shady used car salesmen to be honest. The original price given in should have pushed him out of my house and the salesman knew he pissed me off he went out to his truck with his new trainee and came back still expensive but the high pressure sales tactics sucked me in. Because I did need a roof but they were double what I wanted to spend. Then Im assuming because I complained about the cost he never even quoted me a complete tear off just an overlay! I didnt think about that because he said you need a roof what are you gonna do let your family live in fear? You know you need a roof and were already here when I asked to sleep on it because I didnt like his tactics he said no if he left the deal was gone I shouldve just left him leave. The roof feels soft I went up yesterday after a little more than a month after completion it feels soft Im not impressed I figured it would be firm like the old roof but its almost springy in some spots. And the salesman made it seem as if their shingles were proprietary and couldnt get them anywhere thats a lie you can get them at the contractor supply stores! The bosses called for praise Im sure but they werent happy when I wasnt praising them and their employees because I was told there would be a English speaking person here the whole time there wasnt the English speaking person didnt show up until they were packing up they took my satellite dish down that was roof mounted which was ok I was moving it anyway they took the dish with them!!! They said they would figure out what compensation they would give me for the inconvenience and theyve not called back or emailed me yet and Im sure they wont I waited a month before giving a review because I had hoped they would keep good on their word and I shouldve known better. So dont let them pressure you into a decision know that their roofing isnt proprietary to them any contractor can get it and dont let them weasel out of fully quoting you the tear off even if you challenge their prices I now have a halfassed roof because they didnt like being challenged. Get other contractors to quote even if they say the deal is gone when they leave its not worth it a real deal wont leave with that salesman.
Update 4/4/24 I called as requested that same day the person was unavailable. I was told that they would call me back havent received any call back.

I requested a quote for a metal roof from Erie, and met with Representatives Amar and Stephen. They performed a thorough inspection and upon completion, presented me with samples of the product that I was inquiring about, metal roofing as well as quoting me options and pricing.
I found Amar and Stephen to be very knowledgeable and anxious to help and very much appreciate their knowledge and help.

Great experience from start to finish! Sales reps Amar and Tony were very knowledgeable of the company's products. The roof was installed as predicted in one day. We are very satisfied with our purchase!
