Im late posting this review. A little over a week ago I hurt my knee badly enough that I wound up in the emergency room the next morning. Until then I needed something anything to deal with the pain. I limped into this Rite Aid and asked the salesperson near the front door whose name tag read Chris, where can I find the OTC painkillers? He noticed how badly I was limping, inquired as to what was going on and went to get the medication himself. I am very thankful for his concern and kindness as I truly did not want to walk any further than I had to. In this crazy world, to happen upon people who care about others, particularly strangers is uncommon. Thank you, Chris!

So this isn't the first time the pharmacy has me wondering what the heck is wrong with them. First time a pharmacist said my meds OUT LOUD in front of customers(for privacy reasons this was so not okay) and then today I call, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. So I called back. And called again. Finally someone answers and now I've been on hold for like 15 minutes. About to switch to somewhere else. Unprofessional.
