    I have been with Allstate for over 10 years and for the past couple of years my payments every year goes up with no real reason it dont make since no accidents nor no tickets but yet I dont see my payments when its time for my renewal goes down so Im very displeased with this insurance company Im a unsatisfied customer and will not recommend anyone to come to this company because you dont get appreciate it for the years of dedication being a customer and with no tickets in accidents you gets nothing used to get the checks but that has stop as well I will be looking for another insurance company

    Incredibly unprofessional behavior. First and foremost, he hung up on a customer and would not answer return calls from said customer. Not sure what kind of agent would ignore calls from one of his customers, no matter the circumstances. Conflict resolution clearly is not his strong suit, and he didnt like speaking to someone who doesnt let him get his way. After hanging up, he would not answer calls from her number, but he did answer a call from my unknown number. He refused to give his superior, and instead gave the 1800 number who were less than helpful, at first. Mike has a history of being rude, brash, and generally unhelpful. I would highly recommend finding another agent/agency Edit: to be absolutely clear, at no point did he explain beyond send an email. The moment I said anything at all he got defensive and short, which to my knowledge is my girlfriends experience with him every time shes interacted with him. Profanity was used, after he ignored 6+ calls from my girlfriend, his CUSTOMER. Had to call from my phone to get ahold of him, and he didnt even want to spell out his name. The 1800 number said they get many complaints of this nature about Mike, and Im not too surprised. The 1800 number said theres no absolute need to ask for an email for cancellation, and did it for us there on the spot. They also explained why he may have asked for one, something he himself did not do. I guess the bottom line is dont make him mad or upset, or you may not be able to call your own insurance agent.
