I hadnt traveled in a long time and was worried about leaving my old man cat. He is used to us being around and is a diabetic and has hyperthyroidism. Paw Addicts sent the person that would be taking care of him ahead of time for a meet and greet and she watched me do his meds. My worries were completely put at ease. My cat sitter was wonderful! She was so calm and great with my little old man and handled his meds with no worries. She communicated with me every time she visited, gave me updates and pictures. I didnt worry a bit and am now looking forward to our next trip!

Lalita was prompt - courteous and friendly. It is a huge blessing to have her come directly to our home as we have 2 larger dogs and take care of an elderly person and getting away is difficult. My dogs were very comfortable with her and she was well worth the few extra dollars. She will even keep us on a rotating schedule so we keep a routine without worry.

She is great. I have 2 dogs she out to Virginia Beach and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very patient with them. I would definitely recommend her!

Lita of Paws Addicts has very professional about conducting business with us. She took the time to get to know our pack and has developed a bond and a trust with them. So much so, that she is the only one they will allow in the house without our presence. Yes, we would recommend her services.

I would not reccomend this service in my life. I reached out after hearing and seeing great reviews just to be met with worry and stress for my pet. 9/10/2019 was my animals first visit and everything seemed to go great I recieved a picture of my cat with a full bowl of water and believed he was in great hands. I noticed on my home security system that our lights in our kitchen hallway and bathroom had been left of and texted saying that they were left on but it was fine as long as they were shut off the next visit which SHOULD have been today 9/11/2019. After texting and asking if Lita if she was on her way at 7:50pm she said she had just arrived. I waited for my home sensors to go off saying she had entered my home and they never went off. None of my camera showed her being in the house either. at this point after being lied to I asked for her to bring my house key to my house for a friend to pick and a refund as she can not be trusted. Only for her to send a picture that she took on 9/10. And call me stating that she had absolutely been there and fed and gave my cat water but forgot the lights. All lies. I had to have a friend come and grab our house key and asked her to check on my cat to see if he did have food and water so I could see in it really was something with my security system. I was face timing my friend and all our sensors went off at once and showed her in the home with no issues. She then showed me a water bowl that was COMPLETELY dry and a food bowl that was completely empty! This happened at 9:06pm on 9/11 apparently 2 hours after Lita had been there and a full liter box. Lita then expressed how she shouldnt have to give me a refund since she had done 2 full visits when in reality she had only done 1. I've never been so dissatisfied, stressed, and disappointed with a someone who claims animal health and safety is their first concern. She did give a full refund after my husband spoke with her.
