Recieved confirmed reservation for a rental showed up told they had no cars put me on wait list and two people with no reservations came in after me and both got cars and were leaving the state. Also they called me after made reservation didn't leave voice-mail I tried to call back few times and no one ever answered. So figured it was still good since if they had no cars they would send email or something canceling the reservation but never did. I use to use them a lot I will be moving to new company. Wasted 36 bucks getting to location.

The best experience I have ever had when I say they were very costumer service friendly everyone overall donta was the best agent he did everything he could to be sure I left happy keep up the great work as a tem also guys I will be back

Awesome service from Khabirah at the Enterprise location on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News,she helped my husband set up a rental of a Toyota Sienna Van for an emergency out of town trip.
Reasonable prices,excellent service. They are the ones I'll go time every time I need a rental.

I reserved a car at this location, and I was called 30 mins prior to the reservation pick up time that they had no cars on the lot. Steve then told me that I could go to the airport location to pick up a vehicle- the rub is that the deposit would be $400 rather than the original $300 deposit. Never again at this location.
