Very unclear where to pull in for service. We were told we came in the wrong door, but the sign had directed us to where we entered. We were there for the free oil change. Took several hours. We were asked if we wanted some extra services done for a price but declined.

Ended up not buying, as I'm skittish about pulling the trigger on such a large payment, southern stands out from a dealership perspective. They didn't play any games, gave me out the door numbers over the phone, got the financing all done before I would've driven down to purchase. Can't speak anymore highly about such a transparent dealership. They also had the best price in town on the lightnings

It was bad enough that we bought a new 2024 Edge last week for my wife; but I couldnt let her get one up on me, so I came back 6 days later and got a new-to-me 2022 F250 XLT Powerstroke to keep up with the Joneses. I wouldnt have done it if our experience wasnt as great as it was with Scott, our salesman. And working with Joe on getting all of the financial stuff straight was a breeze. They both made the experience worthwhile. Thanks to both of them.
