Even though I was towed because of my own mistake they were very kind even offering snacks and bottled water. When called they answered the phone promptly and seemed very understanding.

4/10 Updated review:
After my most recent diagnostic, I decided to take a break from taking my vehicles to the shop. I still feel this is a top-notch, professional, and quality shop that will take quality care of your vehicle. Their mechanics know what they are doing #YouGetWhatYouPayFor

I noticed a trend, of instilling fear and doubt about the integrity of my vehicle if I didnt hurry up and take care of the issue right away. Not a fan of those tactics and its not worth my peace.

After my compression test on my van, I called back and said my van was not operating correctly- worse than when I took it in.
I was reassured that was normal post test. Fast forward, ended up with a dead cylinder because the coil pack was not replaced properly? I could have regurgitated this information incorrectly- Im not a mechanic. Thats just the gist of my understanding after a new mechanic looked under my hood.

Harry made me feel at ease and comfortable requesting a diagnostic on my vehicle. I was introduced to the technician who would be working on my vehicle and communication was exceptional - from the diagnosis of my vehicle to the timeline of completion. My technician, Sam was friendly and efficient. They made the process of dealing with my warranty company a breeze. We have found our forever shop to take our vehicles. Paul, along with Harry and the rest of the crew go above and beyond to express their appreciation for your business. This place is a winner in my book.

Where do I start?? We woke up to find our car was stolen and then had been on a joy ride and involved in multiple hit and runs. Ike was responsive and helped with getting the car picked up and answering our questions. When the insurance company dropped the ball, once again Guaranteed Auto helped to make sure that we got what we needed. I didn't want a tow company and I didn't get to pick this tow company. But if I ever have the choice and the need, they will be my first call!!!

How refreshing! To find an auto repair shop that strives to not only fix your car, but to explain it all to you with the hopes of exceeding your expectations. Harry, Cindy and Paul were so very accommodating with pricing, comforts while at the shop, and with honest appreciation for my business. Truly a family atmosphere and this was my first visit! Thank you all so very much!
