I had the pleasure of having Marco Kotze as my mechanic at this location. It was totally God's doing that I was even able to make it to this shop. Not only did they take care of me by offering a loaner but their customer service, their attention to detail and just the sheer importance of caring for the customer is completely unmatched. The pricing was way more than fair and if I went anywhere else it would have cost me so much more. I recommend this mechanic and location to anyone that needs their car worked on.

Midas of Richmond on Hull Street is a place I have been going to for years! The customer service is unmatchable! They care for you like family and are honest about what needs to be done and will actually show you the issue. I have witnessed such stellar service, that I will continue to come here! Marco, the manager, is very honest and transparent about the work and service his shop provides!

I was inconvenienced by a competitor who forgot to reserve my appointment and could not take my car until Monday. Sam of Midas was able to take my car in and able to get me my car back same day. Which is amazing since this is a holiday weekend and other competitors couldnt promise me that. Definitely will start taking my car here for the future.
