Set up is nice, but VERY slow to pay, and was not paid full amount.

Sold many items in off limits areas of my home including my family's heirloom Christmas ornaments after I was promised the attic & basement would be closed to public. Very disappointed with the handling of the sale. Felt final settlement was considerably short of actual figure and understated. Quoted 35% commission, they ended up taking 50% of gross & shortened the 2nd day of the sale by 3 hours. In general, verbal promises not honored but they did adhere to the loose written contract. Read it carefully. Get everything in writing. Caveat emptor!
