Continues to be a terrible experience. I do not suggest anyone select this to be their home. People in leasing office including the manager could not care less about your experience in the building. I continue to hear the person above me not only stomping around but constantly throughout the day and night hear squeaking from old floor boards, The noise is so loud it sounds like someone is in your apartment. It's been 1.5 months of living with this problem and they continue to not solidify a real timeline or fix the problem.

I feel compelled to share my experience regarding a persistent a pipe noise issue that I have been dealing with for the past couple of months at my apartment. Despite my efforts to address the matter with the management team, a satisfactory resolution has not been achieved, to the extent that it has become unbearable to sleep in my bedroom.
The noise, originating from the pipes within my apartment, has become a daily disruption that significantly impacts my daily activities and overall well-being. It is particularly noticeable during quiet hours, making it challenging to concentrate, relax, or enjoy a peaceful living environment. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the management team, I was informed that they are unable to fix the issue. Moreover, the inconvenience of having to repeatedly follow up and coordinate with the lease management to address the pipe noise added unnecessary stress and detracted from my overall experience as a resident.
While I understand that some challenges may be beyond immediate resolution, it is disappointing to encounter a situation where a significant aspect of my living experience is compromised without a viable solution.
I hope that my feedback contributes to improving awareness and encourages proactive measures to address similar concerns for current and future residents.

Had a great time at Post Tysons. Needing to move to another city, otherwise wouldve stayed here! Marina, Efran and the team are great! Very responsive to questions, concerns and maintenance requests. Great and safe place to live!
