      image I went here about a year and a half ago for whiplash. The service I received was great and everyone at this office was professional and compassionate. HOWEVER, over a year and a half later I am being harassed for $800 which is the first instance I have even heard of having a balance with them, since I paid every visit what they said I owed. Clearly they submitted claims outside of the window they have to bill my insurance and were hoping I'd blindly pay. Now they keep contacting me after I told them they are wrong and I do not appreciate it in the slightest. At the time the service was fantastic but it has been corrupted by this fraud. If you don't want to be hassled a year and a half after you received service, maybe go to a practice where their billing department isn't terrible.
