Panera Bread has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I was told the Baked Potato soup was removed from the menu. The eating area wasn't clean and the food was as good as usual.

Appalled isn't even bad enough to describe my last experience. Even the manager was rude to my group. The staff all looked lifeless and acted like this was their first day - clueless as to how to do their jobs. The dining area had greasy tables, the bathroom was a disaster, and it wasn't even busy.
I called corporate and the woman who answered said she couldn't help me and hung up on me!
Add this place to the list of 'hopefully they learn how to do business or go bankrupt'. You won't find me there again.

I have been a Panera lover for almost 10 years but my experience there on Tuesday was one of the worst ones Ive ever had. We got there and the entire place was FILTHY. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in about a week. We ordered sandwiches and one of them was supposed to be hot but came out ice cold. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was horrible. It tasted like old hot water. I asked to have it remade and the workers all seemed annoyed by me. Sadly, I received another cup of old boiling hot water, but in a smaller size this time. I drank some of it and it immediately upset my stomach. I have loved Panera in the past, but this visit made me want to stay away for a while.
