      Context for anyone who may read this, person calls and inquires about a laptop repair, tech is in process of querying them regarding the details of issue and said individual starts cursing at technician over phone and then hangs up before the technician had any chance to reply. What was said to the customer that they found rude or offensive i haven't been able to ascertain, however no one should have to endure abuse such as being cursed at just for attempting to perform their job and assist the customer to the best of their abilities. I am sorry that the person misinterpreted or misunderstood something said as being rude or offensive but unfortunately they hung up immediately after cursing so there was no way to attempt to clear up any misunderstanding or confusion.

      image My new Hp gaming Pc was pretty much unusable and even though I didnt have an appointment setup, he was able to service my computer a lot faster then I expected along with a memory upgrade that was recommended and all for a good price so you cant beat it.
      After using my pc I honestly can see improvements so I wont go anywhere else . Highly recommend.
