The worst property management company in the 757. I rented from them years ago and I have to pay them off. I been calling all week long and then when I talk to multiple ppl they dont know what they doing. They act like they real busy. No they just not getting there work done. They are rude. And yes I was rude because Im trying to take care business. Even back then when I rented from them they were horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Ive been renting from them for 4 years now. I havent had one positive experience in 4 years. Their staff seems to have a high turn over and most of them are rude. They advertise 24 on call maintenance and that is false. Their response to maintenance requests are extremely slow. They do not provide emergency maintenance and they dont seem to care if youre left in a with no working plumbing. There is no sense of urgency and they will give you the run around. 10/10 DO. NOT RECOMMEND

Allows their tenants and kids to do whatever they want without consequences. We had a peaceful neighborhood..... now we can't even have an evening walk in peace.

We've been renting thru them for a cpl of years and would recommend them to anyone.
Edit!!!!! I was trying to be nice. I lied.they will not only Never fix anything but they will ignore you. Horrible horrible ppl .4yrs still a hole in the roof leaking in 2 rooms!!!!
