Let me tell you people in Buchanan County how lucky you are to have such a good facility. I call on hospitals for a major pharmaceutical company and was surprised how nice and modern a facility BGH is. I have never met your CEO, however I am sure he gets little sleep trying to keep you people well, yet you still complain. I am sure you have no idea how difficult it is to run a rural hospital in an area where the economy is terrible and there is so much poverty. Make sure you thank him for the work he puts in and be thankful he decided to come to Buchanan County.

They didnt know my dads knee was broken though it was clear there was a crack on the bone so we went to a different hospital and he broke his meniscus

Jus find you a small veterinarian place and go to it you will be treated better and at least they might look at you
