We moved from another complex that just wasnt hitting the mark. My wife and I were given an extensive tour of the facility and were extremely impressed. Sindel made us feel very welcome, like they really wanted us to be apart of the apartment community. Needless to say, we moved in and are so happy to be living here.

I drove an hour and a half to tour an apartment here at Marshall Springs because I felt like it should be my new home, and Sindel confirmed those feelings for me. Not only was she personable, professional, and thorough when giving the tour, but she was patient with me and was able to answer my several questions. Sindel has made this process extremely easy for me and I cant wait to move in!

I would like to give separate review for the office staff. They are 5 stars! Specifically Sindel, she has been my go to and absolute Godsend on our whole stay here. She goes above and beyond to best accommodate your needs and complaints. The staff overall have been very friendly, patient, flexible, and respectful. They are very welcoming and helpful and none of them hide when someone walks in. Keep up the great work !
Im giving the apartment area/building a 3. The walls are paper thin, from conversations that sound like youre in the room with them from the neighbors on the side to the creaks and walks from the neighbors above. Building cameras dont work and I got my package taken 3 times. There was also a vehicle break in (13 vehicles to be exact and mine being one of them) a few months back & since the cameras dont work, nothing was caught. However, in my 14 month stay I overall felt safe. Especially walking often with my 7 year old and 5 month old.
They have gates that open with a key pass but Im glad they havent fixed it bc myself and others, that Ive witness, struggled to get into the complex.
We live in, what management calls, phase two. Which is like a small little separate complex a little ways from the main one. However I wished they had a separate playground and dog park for this side. Thats just my opinion on that.
Trash also needs to be regulated better. Cameras needs to go up. People to be held accountable. Bins always broken bc of overflowing trash. Or people just leave their trash out.
Pipes in my unit is a whole other problem. I often had loud drill like noises after the top neighbor flushed their toilet. It was not a light noise either. It would constantly wake up my daughter at odd hours of the night and then again once during the day. Maintenance claims is normal but Ive lived in several and way older apartments and never heard the pipes this bad. For phase 2 to be only a few years old, the pipes and walls seem poorly invested on.
Maintenance team did a complete 180. It was not great at first. Taking almost a week or two to answer calls & not doing a great job completing the request properly at first. But management recently did a whole reboot and it has been great. Super friendly and accommodating, answering request within 48hours. Great work!
