Love this hotel and suites! Had a few issues, but Emily at the front desk is so friendly and convinces you its no big deal! She takes care of all your problems with the biggest smile! That girl should get promoted to train every front desk person for Hilton in the US! I stay with Hilton 2-3 days a week and you need more Emilys!! You cant have a bad day with Emily!!

Overall, I would have to say it was okay but a bit disappointing. The location was good & it seemed like a safe area. Check in was easy & the gentleman at the desk was kind. Getting to our room from the elevator proved to be difficult, it was easier to use the stairs. The room was spacious so that was nice. The hotel soaps were nice. However there was no bath tissue in the bathroom & no remote for the TV set. The blankets were thin & scratchy, but the pillows were good. They also charge you for parking, $10 a day so if you're there overnight which we all are... you end up paying $20 to park in their parking lot. I think that's a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good & Tyrone, the breakfast attendant was very helpful. This hotel served its purpose but I don't feel I got my money's worth.

I selected this rating because I am being charged for a room I never stayed in. When speaking to the manager, Teresa, explaining that my information was stolen and being used fraudulently, she proceeded to accuse and threaten me, She was trying to give me additional charges for damages I had no responsibility for. I tried explaining that I never authorized any of this and as policy they need to verify the credit card with a picture ID before giving keys to a room. Something they obviously did not do. Theresa then banned me from the business and threatened to further cause me distress. This is the worst I have ever been treated customer service wise. Be careful, your information is not safe with these people.
Safety: No safe.

Great place to stay for a trip to Richmond wheather visiting family, shopping or seeing the historical sites. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Wifi was excellent. Highly recommend.
Nearby activities: Lots of great shopping just a couple of miles away.
