They treated me so poorly as a client I would give this zero stars. One of the counselors began slandering me to other counselors and they would continue to have to assign new ones because they keep having people leave the company. The manager Shawn ended up discharging me without documentation. Theyre committing Medicaid fraud.

Save your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs! Facing homelessness and eviction with my child and got NO SUPPORT! They have put ZERO EFFORT in helping us find resources. They don't even return calls. No wonder they have such a high turn over rate! Place should be shut down.

I love the people you have in place, but I do have an issue with just learning Eric Ground no longer works for your company, I guess I should have picked up on it many months ago because he would do monthly calls to find out how services were going.
My children also started out with other providers once they got use to them, they were no longer there,
The new Eric was pleasant, but he shouldnt be the Eric you transfer calls to, he needs a little more training. -

There are others that I've had communication with and their no longer there. Seems it's an internal issue. If I were the one in therapy, I would have abandonment issues.
There was a woman by the name of Autumn a supervisor, that was also connected to my children she too has disappeared. This is too much.

While I was disappointed to learn I didnt qualify for services here, I was delighted by the amount of information I was given, and the helpful leads to other places I might try.
The gentleman was extraordinarily informative, knowledgeable, patient and so very pleasant.
It seems this must be a marvelous place to get help.
