    Customer Service SUCK! Delivered a fridge with loose doors 3 weeks ago. First guy shows up with NO TOOLS to fix. 4 NO SHOWS of repairmen after. No calls. No explanation. Been to several stores! HORRIBLE!

    BE AWARE when you order. We had a washer deliver scheduled from 8am to 12 noon. Lowes changed it the night before to 4pm-8pm. We were ok with that, it was a home that we do not occupy currently so my husband went at 4pm and could track the truck from 3 more stops to one more stop we are still coming.....at 9:45 he left the house no washer, no one call saying we are not coming. Called our Lowes the next morning held for a manager, manager said they have no control with 3rd party delivery company so basically it is not a Lowes delivery but 3rd party so this is not their problem, the customers problem is with "another company" and only they can compensate you.20 minutes on the phone manager said they would put a note in the system. No apologies for inconvenience but let me know if I took the compliant to corporate it would just come back to the store again. I'm done with Lowes on appliances, there are so many other options. We just purchased a stove from an online company and it was flawless. Lowes doesn't ever have a phone number for THEIR 3rd party vendors they just have to wait for the truck to do another pick up at the store?!

    Believe the poor reviews. Its August. I live in an old home that cant be fitted for an air pump so I have to use ac window units. The one I had died. I ordered a new one. Its gigantic. I paid for installation service. They sent me many reminders to be home in the afternoon. Even the morning of, they sent me a reminder to be home. I took the afternoon off of work to be home for this. 4:00 was supposed to be the latest they would show up. At 4:01 I was mildly concernedfigured they got backed up. 4:35 I phoned the company that scheduled the installno answer. I called twiceno answer. Handy is the third party schedulerthey had no explanation as to why they didnt show but offered to reschedule for next week. FOR NEXT WEEK. I tried calling Lowes, I tried emailingI was insulted when they offered me a $25 gift card and made the generous offer to reschedule the installation for next week. I have been phoning and emailing for the past hour and NOBODY is taking responsibility. Lowes (who took my installation fee alreadyit should be against the law for them to take that money $110 before services have been provided) says they have no control over the scheduling. And I cant get in touch with anyone from the installer's company . If they cancel, they should at the very least call me directly, explain the situation, and initiate rescheduling first thing in the morning. As it is, Im the one running around and asking for a reschedule and they are acting like they are doing me a favor by considering it as long as I give 72 hours notice! Nobody is taking responsibility for stealing my money. Ive always used Lowes for my business in the past. This is an epic fail. Id give zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else for installation help. Just go somewhere else.

    some of the worst service I've ever received. I purchased 6 major appliances couldn't get them installed until a month after purchase. The installer they use is Perez enterprise they are terrible. Run if you hear their name. Don't let them install anything. The service person that helped me with my appliances was great. The rest of my experience was down hill after that.
