Donnica did a great cut and "wash & go" style for me. I had a bad experience at Hair Cuttery in the past with services to my type 4 hair. Donnica communicated with me before my appointment and gave me the confidence to take a chance in a salon for the first time in over 10 years.
She looked at the pictures that I brought and gave me the exact style that I wanted. She customized her work to suit my face shape and to work with my hair texture. It was very clear that she is extremely knowledgeable regarding type 4 hair. I was so happy when I left. My look was fire. This is the 3rd day and I still love my new cut and style. Donnica also gave me care and styling education. I really needed this, because I had been wearing my hair long for years and I wasn't used to working with a very short style.
I cannot say enough about her. I made my next appointment for a trim before I left the shop. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

Charge me one price for a wash and blow dry then another higher price the second time around. Won't be doing that again.

Staff was rude and ill equipped to do a simple boys faded hair cut. I do not recommend this Hair Cuttery location.

Honestly a terrible experience. I have been going here for a very long time and every time I get a cut there is something wrong. This time they completely ignored the back side of my head and when I complained try to sit me with the same hair cutter. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your money on this horrible hair cuttery.
