Always a good experience at this store. Friendly and efficient staff, and store is always clean and neat. The pharmacy can get quite busy at times but they handle it very well.

I have never seen a more incompetent staff than what works the window for the pharmacy, slow doesnt begin to describe the way they move and have no idea what they are doing. This place should close they are useless. Every time I go there the system is down or I wait so long I could drive to another state and back. What has happened to this store it never used to be like this. I have an invalid husband I cant leave for more than a few mins this doesnt help me at all.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to, but thats not saying much cause every cvs seems to be this way. I had to switch pharmacies cause I would order my medicine a week earlier and for them to tell me it would be another hour when I got there. Really?! You had a week to get my meds and you still dont have it?? Sometimes you need your medicine the day theyre prescribed (especially if youre sick). Oh and if you dont go inside the techs will just chit chat with each other and ignore your order so dont go through the drive thru. You ever notice how theres a long line in the drive thru? Yeah thats why. The staff is extremely rude and snotty when you call them out on what theyre doing wrong instead of calmly addressing the situation and trying to make it right. Sometimes theyre out of stock of common medicines somehow. Theyve also shorted me a few pills multiple times. Other pharmacies fill your meds within 15 minutes and they dont take lunch breaks either. Dont waste your time here.
