      image In one bank or another, I have been banking with BB&T/Truist since 1967. First, as Workmen's Federal. Since this merger, our banking customer service experience has been criminal. Today, was their crowning achievement. I must believe that the bank and it's Visa credit card department were intently making our day miserable and fretful. Things today could not have been by chance, they had to be on purpose. If you desire for a miserable day, I recommend BB&T/Truist. They will not let you down

      image The people are amazing but the 4 star rating is cause the horrible atm NEVER WORKS!!!!!
      Dropped to 2 stars because ATM is absolutely absurd to work with. It either is broken, wont take money, or as if couldnt get worse ate my debit card this morning! Dont know if it just hates me but im going to Hillsville from now on!
