I lived at this building for 2 years and moved out to continue my culinary school in London. I missed my flight and went to the hospital when I came back to the building because I thought I broke my foot. I left the property manager/ caretaker Mrs. Roberta Sullivan a note that said I wanted to stay another two weeks due to an emergency. She never responded by phone or mail and instead lied to me and told me she had rented the apt when she surprised me with potential renters. I have had to endure a leaky roof the entire time with rainwater pouring through my living room ceiling almost daily. The City of Fredericksburg has been highly involved with Mrs. Sullivan and the condition of this building but, to this day, it is not a safe place to live.
