Took a vintage lamp I purchased to use with a vintage shade I also purchased, figured it was best to have it newly rewired (note to future customers - bring the shade too!).
Dropped off both and got them back in less than a week. Did a great job with assembly and adjusting it so the pieces worked well together.

Frank is very patient and helpful with customers. He demonstrates superior knowledge of products lines and helps navigate through multitude of products. Repair service is excellent and priced well. Very customer friendly!

Customer service is excellent here. I brought in two shadeless lamps and I received direct attention and assistance with fitting shades for them. They even tightened and fixed up the stands for me while explaining each the lamp piece. You can tell the quality of the craftsmanship and care at this establishment. 5 stars, highly recommend!

This was a first time visit and it was wonderful! The customer service was exceptional! The store had our lamp put together, free of charge! The knowledge presented to us was very, very comforting. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!
