My experience at Northern Virginia Auto Body was excellent. Despite expecting a bumper replacement after a low-speed rear-end collision, they patched the hole and refinished it beautifully as seen in the before and after pictures. The staff was very friendly and communication was great. They even finished the work early and washed my car before returning it. As a newcomer to the area, I'm thrilled to have found them and will definitely be a returning customer.

Terrible experience, my car was not blended & now I have two completely different shades. My car will never resell now. When I asked them to fix it they said it was now my problem.
