Attempted using premier as a mortgage lender but around every turn the lender Diane wasn't entirely open and seemed defeated telling us that she was 'ok if we went somewhere else' or that she understood if we had to 'scrap the deal.' About a week and a half before closing they informed my cosigner he'd have to take his name off of two credit cards for two days to see what his score would change to. He wasn't able to do that so she said they could no longer help us. We went with Advantage mortgage who was able to get us our loan under a week and we were able to keep our closing date. I've never worked with such unprofessionalism, just dropping the ball on us with such short notice with only a 'sorry I can't help you' and leaving it at that. Talking to two other lenders and hearing they've never heard of such a thing as to have to remove your name from a credit card, credit takes 30 days to show any changes- just the hypocrisy of what we were told was astounding, confusing and ludicrous. It was to the level of using rocket mortgage. I'm glad we went with a more professional lender who wanted our business- especially one who got the job done in under a week.

I recommend Premiere Mortgage Services. Carrie and Diane are great. They responded immediately to questions and provided frequent updates. They are professional and friendly and made it feel like they we eager for us to join them in the Pueblo community.

Carrie and Diane were amazing to work with through our home buying process. And boy was it ever convoluted! The first house fell through because of liens on the builder and other problems, but they stuck with us, and with their patience and tenacity, we are in our dream home. We couldnt have done it without them and Premier Mortgage! Five Stars +++++ all the way!

Carrie and Diane were so very helpful and attentive during the entire process of building and purchasing our property. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect and were always great about keeping us informed, addressed any concerns or questions we had even after our closing. they continue to be so helpful. highly recommend them for future purchases. best in town!
