We were in the middle of ordering hearing aids and then were not able to make contact or get ahold of the office any longer. At the beginning, the staff was friendly when we did speak, but we wasted a month waiting to hear back after calling/leaving voicemails without any response; never heard back from them. This facility may be overwhelmed, but transparency is critical.

I would love to be able to update this review with an actual personal experience but it seems impossible to schedule an appointment. Ive called a handful of times and have left 2 voice messages, but have yet to hear back.

I recommend this place 100%. I received the best care ever. Dr. Goodwine Is the most loving and caring person. She truly cares for her patients. Kelly is amazing and very professional as well.
