      image Horrible service and rooms. Even though the hotel is somewhat newly built, the lights between the beds flickered the whole time; shower door did not stay closed and pretty sure there were bed bugs in the room that I noticed once the bites started to appear. The management staff is horrible at communication and getting back to guests with a phone call. Better hotels in the area that also have better service than this hotel.

      image It is very sad that the manager decided to inappropriately charge me for an additional pet fee, admitted the mistake, but then claimed she still had to charge me because my dog got dirt on the bedspread. This is very poor business. I am a long-time customer and will never stay at a Hampton Inn again due to this poor decision. I hope this is addressed by general management.
