      image Super understaffed and the tellers that are here are... Not the most polite. Waited in the lobby for 20min, only to feel rushed at the window.

      image I have been a customer for over 20 years and they used to be great as BB&T. After Truist took over branches closed and they are always understaffed. Thirty to forty minutes in a drive through is insane.

      image Better fill your gas tank and get lunch before heading to this bank. Plan a half hour in the drive thru and close to the same in the lobby. Its unfortunate they have a such a great facility in a convenient location but the customer experience is miserable. There is a ton of potential here but its all pissed away when its takes forever to cash a check.
