I've lived here 10 years and love the community. Deanna, our manager, is one of the hardest working persons I've known. She always goes the extra mile and has really done a great job here. No matter how busy she is, she always takes time for the residents. She is a very positive, upbeat person, and a real asset taking pride in her community and job. She is a visionary and has great ideas. She is one of the very best. This community is like "Your grandmother's quilt" and we are Family.

My husband and myself have beehere 8 years. We have new management since January 22. Our new manager DeAnna has been on point and has improved the building since day 1 . She is fastly trying to provide a safe environment for us. I love my home ,love the area we live in.

I have been a resident here since 2020 and met our new property manager, Deanna Jones in January 2022. In these few months from what I've observed I can say the she has performed her duties and responsibilities exceptionally well; she has demonstrated true leadership in restoring and perfecting our complex with her communication and interpersonal skills, time-management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Even though we have had some challenges here, she has not been intimidated or discouraged - she attacks and solves problems either from her desk or by getting her hands dirty by making repairs, etc. herself, to include performing and completing work orders. As a resident, I feel confident that under her leadership and with the support of corporate, our complex will truly be healthy, habitable, presentable, and operational!!
