I wish the schools or lifetouch would use a different company for the school photos. Been almost a month since taken, and still dont have access to see my kids photo. Its almost as if they dont want our business.

Have fun trying to get a hold of anyone. I've called everyday for a week and left messages, but have gotten no return calls. I need a session ID so I can buy a package, but they don't return calls. So we get no pictures before the session "expires" and they don't get to make a sale. How are you even staying in business? Fantastic we don't get cap and gown pics for our daughter now. Thanks for nothing. Thumbs down.

I have been calling them to fix a big issue they have created. My daughter is a special need, and this is her senior year. We did the session back on September and purchased a package which was not cheap at all. Today I received a call from her HS telling me that she doesn't have a picture with a drape that qualifies for the yearbook. The photographer from Prestige Photography never took it, even though they know the requirements for this specific HS and they were in that location. My daughter is the only one that has been excluded, and now she won't have a picture in the yearbook that I already paid for as well. I tried to call to resolve the issue, on the first call a costumer service rep answered and I explained my issue then transferred me and dropped the call. After that, I have been calling and no answer just voicemail which i left at least 2 so far. Please don't waste your money here and hire a private photographer.
