      image Hard to figure when their showroom is open. The website says by appointment on certain days; on other days it's supposed to be open but after a long drive over it wasn't open.
      So I didn't want to give it a bad rating cuz I haven't seen anything.

      Very sorry for any frustration this may have caused. While we try to mark it clearly that we are by appointment only on our Chesapeake Design Office location page (https://www.reico.com/locations/virginia-showrooms/chesapeake/), it is less visible on some search engine platforms and the results they show. Please call our manager Sharon Ricklin directly at 757-564-2678 so we can get something set up for you. Thank you!

      image After being informed I have to pay them $300 for them to come out and give me an estimate, sorry but I'll have to find someone else, we ended up getting an excellent bathroom from Bathfitters, my suggestion is call them, quality work and quality service

      This started with an inquiry over Labor Day weekend through Google My Business that was turned over to our Chesapeake location. There was an initial delay in follow up and communication, but through continued contact via Google My Business our representative was able to speak with the client about our process and next steps. The client was not interested in our fee, indicating their own experience as a contractor for 35 years while at the same time sharing their understanding on why we would have a fee. The client indicated he might come of retirement for this and we told him to contact us if he does! We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. While we do have design measure fee when going out to a home to start a project, the fee is reimbursable to a project of any size as long as it exceeds the fee.
